Massachusetts and Washington Promote NRAM with Tweets and Forum

For the month of January, the Radon Unit of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health arranged to have a radon “tweet of the day” to be posted on the department’s Twitter page.

Washington

The Washington State Department of Health posted several tweets and Facebook posts about radon throughout the month of January in promotion of NRAM. The program also participated in the Northwest Radon Coalition’s Radon Forum. https://northwestradoncoalition.com/radon_forum_northwest/ This forum presented information to the public about radon with professional presentations and information tables. The presentation was followed by 30 minutes of Q & A from the audience. The forum was Co-sponsored by the American Lung Association, Oregon Health Authority and the Northwest Radon Coalition.
