Bills at the Minnesota Legislature Regarding Radon

There are three radon bills that have been introduced at the Minnesota Legislature this session.

F. 2178 : A bill for an act relating to housing; requiring landlords to test for radon and provide disclosures; providing penalties and remedies; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 504B.

H.F. 244 : A bill for an act relating to education; health; requiring school districts to conduct radon testing; amending Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 123B.571.

S.F. No. 1559 : A bill for an act relating to health; allowing state contractor licensee to perform radon mitigation work; amending Minnesota Statutes 2018, sections 144.4961, by adding a subdivision; 326B.805, by adding a subdivision.
