Kentucky Governor Signs Bill Relating to Radon Gas Certification and Proficiency Programs

House Bill 420 regarding radon has passed the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and was signed by the Governor on March 26, 2019.

The bill amended KRS 211.9101, an act relating to radon gas certifications and proficiency programs. The bill passed the Assembly with no votes against the legislation. To review the legislative history, see https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/record/19rs/hb420.html
