Pennsylvania General Assembly Considers Radon Requirements for School Districts

Representative Tim Briggs had introduced in the House, Regular Session 2019-2020 of the Pennsylvania General Assembly, a bill addressing radon in public schools.

House Bill 1057, is titled:

An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, in school districts, requiring radon reports; and, in grounds and buildings, requiring radon tests. The bill has been referred to the Education Committee on April 5, 2019 and is sponsored by 16 members.
