Upcoming Webinar on Radon T: World Trek 2010
A hands-on, people driven project - help CanSAR and its partners kick off Radon T: World Trek 2010! Let’s go to all the 50 States and as many territories as we can in 2010! Become a Radon T: World Trek 2010 Team Leader to support Cancer Survivors Against Radon.
Radon T: World Trek 2010 is a social media project developed by Cancer Survivors Against Radon (CanSAR). The Radon T-shirt will be a physical symbol that travels the country, as well as an online voice for radon awareness. We want this project to go viral, and it can, with your help!
During the Webinar Team Leaders from Kentucky will explain how easy it is to get involved in Radon T: World Trek 2010. They will provide all the information you need: logistics, dates, and support materials on how state, business, and non-profit volunteers can all help as Radon Leaders Saving Lives!
The Radon T: World Trek 2010 project seeks to blend social media technology with old-fashioned grassroots organizing to accomplish two goals:
- Increase social awareness about radon, resulting in more radon measurements taking place, more homes being fixed, and more lives being saved;
- Build support for CanSAR, resulting in additional education and awareness opportunities being created.
Radon T: World Trek 2010 will harness the power of social media by reaching out in our communities to increase radon awareness through photos, videos and other related social media content. Sign up for this Webinar to learn how to bring Radon T to your community!
