Terry - not sure how this got attributed to me and Jack but not something we would have said or I remember ever saying in our
trainings or in email replies - need to know who it is if possible
to better understand how this got misinterpreted.  If there is a
question about device performance effects such as this, the standard
reply is "contact the manufacturer as they are most knowledgable
about their device and any known interference". I would be happy to
contact the individual to correct this misinterpretation of device
interference.
