Hi friends,I just completed a site visit in a home that needs a replacement fan & I have no idea what capillarity fan I need to use.
The deceased existing fan is a 15 year old "Tjernlund Products Model P4 High Pressure Fan". The label says it draws 48watts / 0.42 amps.
There is no free air CFM or max. suction capacity listed. There was no manometer documentation on the pipe.
Does anyone know what the best choice from the currently available fans to meet the old fan's performance specs?
NB, Tjernlund Products currently offers a Model P4 fan, however it draws 95 watts/0.8 amps w/ 200 CFM @ 0"WC. This current Model P4 is not a direct replacement.
Based upon fan wattage I have narrowed my choices to these 4:
1. RadonAway's - XP151 45-60 watts, 180 CFM @ 1.6"WC
2. RadonAway's - XP201 45-66 watts, 150 CFM @ 1.9"WC
3. RadonAway's - RP145 41-72 watts, 166 CFM @ 2.1"WC
4. Festa's - Maveric, - 85 watts, 179 CFM @ 1.8"WC
Thanks for any advice!
Tony
