FYI--    www.epapsa.com should be up and working.   There are a few updates & tweaks
that need to be made yet to restore everything.

TV Access Web Services Downtime
Good afternoon,
The weekend of November 30th TV Access suffered a web server failure that
brought down our web services. This was a combination of a hardware failure
compounded by a corrupted backup set. As of Monday, December 8th a replacement
server has been operating and all client sites appear to be fully functional.
We sincerely apologize for the downtime and want you to know that steps
have been put in place to prevent something like this from happening again.
We are continuing to test the replacement and are making restoration of
all services our highest priority. If you run into a problem, please let
us know and we will take care of it as soon as we can.
We appreciate your patience.
